All those in Hollywood who say there are no great roles for women over the age of 40 need to take a look at the work being done, and still coming from, the fantastic, award-winning actresses on our list. And if it's true that there aren't enough great roles to continue keeping these stars employed, the only solution is to write more, because these leading ladies' talents demand them.
